    ·        Q- How do I schedule an East of Chicago Birthday Party?  It's simple! Just come in, put down a deposit, and sign a birthday agreement form. To help you with your planning please refer to the party times we offer.

    ·        Q- Is a deposit required?   A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The deposit is due prior to reserving a party time along with a signed birthday agreement.

    ·        Q-  What is the birthday agreement?   All planned parties require a signed birthday agreement form. This form simply outlines what package you would like to have and also to estimate totals of prices and guests. Simply, it helps us to make certain that you are getting what you want for your birthday party. All party agreements must be signed in person so we can make sure that all your needs are taken care of for that special day.

    ·        Q-  What forms of payment are accepted?  For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and cash as payment options.

    ·        Q-  What time should I arrive for the party?  We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time given to you by our staff. This gives you and our staff ample time to get all the guests checked in and ready to party. If your party arrives late we must reduce that length of your party. If your party arrives more than 20 minutes after their scheduled time, the party will be moved to our common dining areas due to our times for other birthday parties.

    ·        Q-  What if I have more than 10 guests?   Additional guests are always welcome! Additional guests can purchase game packages at the reduced party price or they can just dine for the reduced cost of the buffet. Parties with more than 20 people (kids & adults) may be held in our dining room in a semi private area to provide greater comfort for everyone.

    ·        Q-  What if I have less than 10 guest?   All of our birthday packages are based on the sale of a minimum of 10 children. Due to a high demand and a limited number of party rooms, we require a minimum package cost for each party. If there are fewer guests than 10, we will offer the remaining cost of the party to be added to game cards or as a gift certificate to give you that remaining value.

    ·         Q-  Do I need to stay at the party?   The party host parent(s) that booked the party is required to stay at the party. Other adults are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun.

    ·        Q-  Is there an additional charge for siblings, parents and/or chaperones?  Since we are known for our great all you can eat buffet, we ask that all guests purchase the buffet and enjoy themselves. If someone elects not to dine they may do so. Those guests will be asked to wear a special wrist band to indicate their non dining status. If this guest removes their wrist band or changes their mind to dine (tasting included, sorry) the additional buffet cost will be added to the package price.

    ·        Q-  Can we stay after our allotted 90 minute party time?  Yes, however due to our set schedules we require you and your guests to move to our common dining areas. This allows our Party Hero's to clean and set up the rooms for our next birthday party.

    ·        Q-  Can I use my own decorations?  You're welcome to use your own decorations in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti or traditional piñatas (Pull string pinatas are permitted).    

  • Q-  What is the Party Hero?  The Party Hero is someone from our staff that is there to help make your birthday party a special event. They are there to give the parents a chance to actually enjoy the party and spend time with your family and friends. They also help with setting up your room, checking guests in, helping the kids making pizzas, cake presentation, and service to the party guests and total focus on the birthday child.  Plus they are also there to clean-up the mess after everyone leaves

  •         Q-  Are gratuities (tips) appropriate? Additional gratuities for our staff are always welcome. There is a percentage gratuity added to the bill based on the total package value.

  •         Q-  Can we bring our own food to the party?  You may bring cake, cupcakes and/or ice cream to your party. We're sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.

  •         Q-  Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?  If you are not purchasing our popular Fun Factory goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. We ask that all goodie bags are "gum free" to help save our carpet.  You may also bring your own balloons. We’d be happy to inflate your balloons for $.50 or you can buy our balloons for $1 each.

  •         Q-  What if I need to reschedule my party?  To avoid additional charges, we require at least 7 days advance notice if you need to cancel your party or 24 hours notice to reschedule your party (your party must be rescheduled within 1 month of the original party date). If you reschedule your party within that one month time period your deposit will still be applied to your "new" party date and time. If you cancel, remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry no exceptions).

    All planned parties require a minimum purchase of 10 packages at set package price. Prices stated do not include tax and gratuity. Packages and prices are subject to change without noctice. Prices & times are only guaranteed with paid deposit and signed contract.

    Planned Birthday Parties require a signing of an event contract and a non-refundable $50.00 deposit. This deposit is required to reserve the date and time of the party. This deposit must be paid in person, and is honored in a first come first booked manner.

    We offer the rate of $7.99 for adults (13 yrs of age and over) with these planned parties. The rate includes the buffet and fountain beverage. We ask that all people attending the party purchase a buffet and take advantage of great food and a great price. Adults not dining are required to wear a wristband indicating their non-dining status.
